Policies

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We value the time of our guests and we ask that you value our time as well. In the case you are unable to keep an appointment, Zilpa spa requests a 24–hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged in full for cancellation or "no-show" appointment. Social Media coupons will be considered void if you do not show up or cancel your appointment in less that 24 hours.
Late Policy
We will have to shorten your appointment. Shortened treatments will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Children Spa Policy
We love children :) but for the comfort of our guests and the enjoyment of your spa experince, children are not permitted in the spa.

Spa/Store credit only.
